Hi guys,

Im Zishan, 16 and im in love with honda, 17 in a months time, got a little corsa B until i can afford the insurance on a civic ek9 and the car itself. (notice how i said insurance first, what a bitch!)

From Scotland, and i got my heart practically set on a ek9. So i'll sit and be patient for a couple of years :)

i was pretty much the same as you! wanted one from when i was about 17!
finally after loads of savings and getting through uni i got one when i was 22!

If you want one that badly you'll get one after all the hard work :)

Exactly buddy! Ive still to start uni next year and i know its a skinning process so id rather wait, also been browsing the forums for ages and okay what 17 year old wouldnt love a civic ek9 at 17 but in my opinion it is stupid driving such a powerful car straight after you pass your test on your mums insurance. Its a ticking timebomb, id rather just get the driving experience, nv, get to know my way around cars, thats what the corsas for. So lets have some fun!

Welcome mate, I am new to the site to and live in Edinburgh. Just bought an ek9 almost 2 weeks ago, like yourself i have wanted one since I passed my test and believe me it's worth the wait. I started of with 1.4 civic but it comes no where near an ek9.

Does anyone know if the rumour is true about Honda stopping makin the vtec engine cause of emission laws in Europe?
