if the custom intake from solid fab is stainless steel then i wouldnt bother as its only going to retain heat. Solid fab does do custom manifolds too but again mayb worth avoiding my mate bought 3" collector one for his rotrex ep3 thinking good upgrade but on recieval the pipes of his spoon 4-2...

Yeah it will work with your car as it is, should be better than OEM ecu and lower vtec point is handy to have to keep in vtec on corners
