Jaime the b16b does not use secondary butterflies so that is not an issue (the b18c1 and b18c4 do). As long as the P30 is from an OBD1 car it should be chipable but i am not an expert on using oem and oem based ecu's for tuning as most of my experience is with stand alone EMS. I suggest you check hondata's website, they have a good section that lists all the ecu's that you can chip
