Thanks for looking!

I have never seen an EP with B engine, car to give some info on why/how this was done?

thats different mate least you had the balls to try it lol i like it.how does it handle since its a heavier car?

Love it mate, cheers for the pics & specs!

Did you do a lot of the build yourself?

I have never seen an EP with B engine, car to give some info on why/how this was done?

Well theres a few reasons.

1. I had a Brand new B18c which Id brought through a company for a future EK convert i wanted to do

2. id spent alot on my car already

3.It was gona cost me only £900 more to put it in the ep after planning all the fab work needed.

4. I also had a huge list of b18c parts

5. I also raced my 1600 in a set class and wanted to put the ek in a 1800 class and above. So insted of the ek, i used my EP.

How?

Well with not to much hastle to tell the truth. The only trouble was the gear linkage and that was sorted when Steve from hyeline performance buckled down and kept atempting the perfect setup.

Nice car and spec :nice: What bhp is it making?

I dont really know mate. Before the cams and head work etc.. it was R/R'd 3 times all with similar figures around 214-221bhp.
It should be between 240-250bhp.

Thanks for the comments guys!

never seen that done...fair play.....

I'm sure it pulls very well with that kind of power:drive:

well the engine the car came out of had done just under 11,000 miles and then hyeline rebuilt the engine.

Yeh vtec6 it does pull very well! I will have an exact bhp figure next week when its all set up!

The car atm is at performance autoworks being set up.

Looks weld in to me, but what exactly is so wrong with bolt in cages?

Ultimate car, be good to see what you get after its all set up mate.:nice:

yeh thanks mate. Im really eager to see what is produces!

i dont understand surely all you've done is made it slower than the original k20 ? but other than that love it for being different very nice :nice:

I taught ep2 was only a 1.6 engine and the ep3 was the type r with the k20??
