Hi Everyone! Long time no post! Hope everyone is good?

Some of you may remember me from my previous EK4 B18C-R and DC2R builds shown below>>

Unfortunatley the Integra had to go to a new home a few months back for something a little more demanding. I was finding the ITR too predictable annd needed to push myself onto other things. When you can loose grip at 125mph down craner curves and don't bat an eye lid you know it's time for a change haha!

So, where do I begin, I am now the VERY lucky owner of a brand new (well 2 hours use) MK Indy RR factory built race car. The spec is huge and I will no doubt forget many many things but I will try my best to detail all the parts etc. Plans include to add number plates so I can drive on road, get a black nose to replace the yellow one although it's no biggy, flat bottom engine bay with carbon splitter, rear diffuser and fit a passenger bucket seat. Long term plans, I would love to F20C it on Jenvey's :), but if anyone knew my ITR build, it was more focused around using it over anything else so my main plans are to track the sh#t out of it :)...

Weighing in at 580kg and 170bhp so we are talking more power/weight than a 911 GT3-RS :).

MK Indy RR Factory built race car
Fully rose jointed yellow spaceframe chassis

300mm wheel
Fiberglass bucket seat
Foam passenger seat
Sabelt 5 point 3" harnesses

Very nice, the owner took me out in one at blyton. bbig smiles!

That is cool!
Gear stick is a bit of a letdown
Are those spare tyres r1r?

Can't wait for it to be on the road, especially when the weather is good like today! Type 9 short shift in and ohhh my what a difference. Throw is nice and short with zero play at all! Also tidied up sharp edges round the gaiter>>

ANIMAL!

Great quality pictures too.

Would love to take this around Spa!

Thanks guys :). Yeah me too Joe! There is a vid on youtube of an MK RR round Spa and it looks insane! It will take quite a bit of learning before i feel comfy on the limit that is for certain!

All part of the fun though i guess! I am getting sooo itchy now, just want to drive it!!!!

Can anybody think of anything else the car may/will need? I am really stuck with this one haha. So far i have fitted short shift, grip tape on pedals and floor below pedals, steering wheel hook and i will be fitting a rear diffuser and passenger seat...

Like this :)

Want a smaller suade wheel too as believe it or not 300mm feels too big in one of these.

Other than that i am saving my pennies for track time and the eventual F20C conversion.

Hey Guys,

Gearing up for Blyton, Cadwell and Oulton track days i have recently booked! Can't wait!

The MK has been to procomp, shocks valved and sprung before corner weight and full geo. 5mm toe out on front works out to be just under 1 degree toe out per wheel on the 13 inch wheels, should feel pretty nice and neutral...

No real updates apart from a new 270mm SPA suade wheel>>

And these rather sexeh Alpinestar race boots :)>>

And you know i will be getting the matching race suite :D>>

Currently looking into the HSA Hillclimb series next year. Do any of you have any experience or advice?

Spooky. I test drove one of these at blyton, it's on my short list if I get a decent price for my 9.

Thanks guys, yeah Lee, MK Sports Cars use Blyton for testing and demo days etc. Let's hope you get a good price for the 9er then eh! I lost loads of money when i sold the DC2 and had to spend a little while saving up to buy the RR. So happy with it though, It's friken ridiculous and so cheap to run!

Have you seen the new Stealth round Blyton!

Nice boots
Bit like mine:

Yeah but mine are lighter being a size smaller PMSL ;p

Matching racesuits next eh Ronnie then we can look like super cool power rangers :D.

First outing in the MK Indy RR. It was simply fantastic!! The car is incredible, so balanced and Jesus it brakes and corners like nothing i have ever experienced. I have never had a car feel like it was working with me so much. Really enjoyed the whole day and came away giddy! The car was faultless mechanically all day. First outing i was keeping up with a new GTR but then it just got silly as my confidence grew. There was a BTCC seat 360hp on slicks but the kit car had no real problem keeping with it! Was great meeting up with Baz and Paul in their S2Ks and great watching them battle! Ron you as always are a legend and i am so glad you love it as much as me. Need to sort the diff out, adjust brake pedal but other than that it is spot on!

Thats a very tight 90 degree right hander and i am doing 104 lolol

GTR on first outing>>

Packed up and ready for 3 hour drive home, well ron is anyways>>

Loads of inboard and flyby vids to upload at weekend and pro pics :D.
