Which bits for best gains (K-swap!)

Yeah the ktuned one is nice and make good power but youd expect that from a 1k dolla header lol
Also this header will not clear a rhd brake master cylinder..!!!

good **** :nice:

Our pal Brick has just had a kswap done, his car made 245bhp and 167lbs ft.

DC5 engine/box
Skunk2Stage2 Cams
Crap Intake
Crap 2" Exhaust haha.

Hopefully I can roast him into a 3" exhaust soon to see how it dynos then.

3 inch pipe FTW. Ive a big bit of 3 inch pipe here to have a custom made exhaust done. Just have to pick a backbox.

I know this is a late post but i seen that alan@solidfabrication makes a good manifold and 3" exhaust system for quite abit but it made 193ftlb torque with a hondata kpro... And that was awesome... My brother had a ep3 jsrc supercharge and it had about 240bhp and 161ftlb torque on k100 i cant remember what psi pulley he was running... But i think people should give alan a shout at... He makes awesome exhaust system i cant recommend him as much as i do now... Top guy for doing awesome work...

I've seen his manifold, they look great and give could power. I just got a good deal on a skunk2 header so I took it.

the new K-tuned header certainly looks the business :nerv:

That is one crazy looking header!!!

Well if someone wants to hand me one il happily do dyno tests for them :-D
I'm running a hybrid racing mani at the moment.

Yea it's a nice header.

I'm not sure of it would matter or if they're the same or not but I think I read it was for LHD cars. Maybe it was something else. Can't remember.

190+ Ft lb on a standard k20 mapped? Think we have a winner here...

:nerv: That is mental looking!!! Is it just a torque builder?
Can't see me even getting a strut brace on with that!!!

Solid fab is in England somewhere I think.

Yes, a company in London. Their manifolds take a week to fabricate and will cost around the £700 mark. :nice:

Also they require the car for fabrication. Not bad I think.

Yes the manifold is designed for mid range torque. It does sacrifice a little power at the top end but it's only a few horses for a split second. Having driven the car before it was tuned I can't imagine how it pulls now. It was fast enough without the tune.

Hi there,
We had a setup with a bonestock engine.
Only changes were a Walbro 255, a K-Tuned header (the mid-priced), Skunk2 RR catback and a Injen intake. Mapping with K-Pro made 246 HP. Mapping was done by Turbotoy-Performance (Germany), real crack regarding Honda-engines :)

This is the current map. Base-car is a 2000 Civic EJ9 1.4
