Ive had EK, Eg6, two Ep'3 , and want something different this time, but still want Vtec :)
My mate's offerd me a swap for his ATR for my Ep3 and 1200 cash thrown my way too.

What is the Accord like compared to a Ep3
Speed
Acceleration
Cornering
Vtec crossover
Fuel
Comfort
Reliability

There a car I dont know a great deal about as tbh never thought I'd end up with One.
As allways just been interested in Civic Hatches

Speed - as fast
Acceleration - slightly slower off the line
Cornering - far better
Crossover - The most noticeable out of all VTECs AFAIK
Fuel - Not so good.
Comfort - superb
Reliability - fantastic.

if i was giving an ep3 for an atr id be looking money my way. ATR is Still a solid car though, if you find a good one.

What is the Accord like compared to a Ep3
Speed - EP3 is a tad quicker
Acceleration - Again EP3 is a tad quicker
Cornering - For a 4 door saloon impressive, love lift off oversteer
Vtec crossover - Agressive, only revs to 7800, so you have to kiss the limiter when shifting otherwise you drop out of VTEC.
Fuel - No so good, alitte more heavier on fuel than the EP3
Comfort - Good
Reliability - Pretty good.

As mentioned above, ATR's are cheap, and you should find a good one for 2K.

Mods do transform the car, a set of good pad's, springs or dampers too. Parts are rare on the second hand market, but with a 3" exhaust, manifold, intake, and map will make a solid 235hp. The 4.7 FD is also good.

There good all round cars, I have one which I have Turbo'd and runs 500hp / 370lbft and revs to 9300rpm (currently). I have also turbo'd my cousins which runs 360hp / 350lbft stock rev limit.
