Wanting to go k20 in my integra dc2.

Is there any views on Mfactory helical LSD?

If I get a wiring harness from say hybrid racing, is there any other wiring to be done or dose that harness connect the ep3 engine loom to the dc2 interior loom straight and let me run the ep3 ecu?

The wiring harness is a direct fit. You may need to wire in a fan switch and temp sensor though, but the manual walks you through that. the only other wiring that needs done is the wires from the alternator & starter to the battery & fuse box, but thats handy enough.

If it comes with a manual should be fine then.
From the ep3 I have bought is there anything else I should be keeping from it apart from:
Engine
Gearbox
Engine loom
Ecu

Is this the kind of thing people are using to remove p/s and a/c from there k20 swaps?

I used a dc2 steering rack and a dc5/accord power steering pump and pipe to put power steering on mine. I didn't bother with a/c though its a lot of work. Keep the drive shafts if your making your own with ep3 inners and b series outers. You could use the rear calipers to i think

I won't be running power steering or air con in the car so need to know which pulley set I need to get or do I just go with the K-tuned type delete kit?
Is there any parts that are recommended to get to make the swap go better? I got told to buy a billet tps by another forum user for some reason? There's other stuff like the iacv rotation plate etc.. Are any of the parts actually needed?

No harm getting a new TPS, they eventually giveup, have a look at my build thread iv a bit of info there, any q let me know :nice:

You do not need a fancy shifter mounting kit, any old plate will do, 10mm aluminium for example..

For a road going Kswap the EP3 shafts will be ok, for track you will probably want to upgrade. The Twinloop is not a good system for the K20, as above a custom would be £450-550.

Did u manage to fit the interior plastics around this set up?

^ Doubt that, only way to fit it is to cut out the tunnel... or get a hybrid racing box..

Thats for if your running your car stripped!

I would also factor into the cost getting it set up on K100 or Kpro

I'm going to do that at a later date, going to run it on the standard ecu for the time being.
