So I've noticed my b18c has been blowing out a bit of blue smoke (burning oil) did a pressure test on the cylinders and they came back all just over 200psi within 10psi of each other.
Still unsure if it's the rings or guides though, is there much point in getting a leak down test done?
Opnions please:)

If it blows out blue smoke after been sitting over night on first start up only , I believe that's valves
Or find a long road on a hill and from 4th to 3rd costin look for blue smoke on over run ,
That's what iv been told anyways .
Have you checked your pcv valve to make sure it's working ? If it is I would do the valves first using the rope trick if no compressed air . good videos on YouTube on how to do it yourself .

Could even be worth trying some new valve stem oil seals first.

In my experience the valve guides go along with the seals and the rings are generally ok.

Nah only blows blue smoke on crossover, sometimes if I'm sitting in vtec and change gear it'll shoot out a little bit more blue smoke.. ordered some stem seals should be putting them in this weekend will let y'all know if it make the difference

Agree with @JohnTurbo, if the stem seals doesn't work it'll be a head off job to do the guides.
Let us know how you get on.
