Turfy's 2000 Ek9 Type Rx Fresh Import :) Spoon Bonnet - SR4 Tomcats

You're welcome.

I bet it did take a while to find them. I keep looking, fairly consistently over the last couple of years.
Hmm... interesting that he has a new set. If you wouldn't mind relaying my info to him I'd appreciate it... for when or if he does decide to sell.

Super clean, another superb example from Torque GT there (few of them on the forum at the minute) :nice: You're managing to find a lot of rare parts as well!

I have no idea where Chris manages to find half the wheels he has in stock. Proper nice fella...but his prices are a little eye watering at times. (now the $ to £ is so poor)
I know that right now he has a 2nd hand set of MF10's in mag blue up for $2600 (£1950) inc shipping. So I dread to think how much these BNIB ones cost you! :wow:

Did he ever mention if they were a 1 off set he sourced or could he find more? Probably a lot of interest if he can bring over multiple sets of brand new Mugens!

Keep up the good work with the maintenance and replacement of oem parts. :D

He's a collector, but not the good kind. Unfortunately if he ever does sell im first on his list :)

They did a good job yes :)
They can be a little bit high ill admit but sometimes he has rough condition heels that are quite rare so if your after anything in particular id ask. He's searching for a new set of Blue DC5 Recaros for me :)
Im not sure, however i know a guy who has another set. Post up on NWP4Life and he'll most likely PM you.
I wanted to get a set of the new spoon sw388's but they look horrible so took the leap on these

Jesus what a car. Fair play to you Niall you’re doin things right with the car. I’ve lost all interest in hondas lately but it’s nice to see all the super clean Irish ek9’s on forums & fb but yours has to be miles above the rest. Keep up the good work man. Sooooooo jealous

Sounds like someone definitely needs to get them from him then... and fair play if you're first in line :).

Thanks Mick! You've gotten a good few gems yourself stored up! ;)

Looks absolutely immaculate man. Lovely set of wheels you picked up for it too. They should look really well on it. Keep up the progress Niall! :)

Such a great found. I imported mine from TORQUE GT as well, with Darren, back in January 2015 :nice: It was a 1999 facelift grade 3.5 100% stock that most believed was grade 4. I have done simple reversible mods, such as: air intake ressonators removed, decat + custom 60mm pipe exhaust mugen twinloop catbak, tegiwa 421 manifold, meister R coilovers and chipped P30 ECU 201,8 bhp, 174 Nm torque, very healthy engine.

Do you have any spare EK9 parts for sale?

Hi, where did you get the painted EK9 parts? I’m in need of NH592P (starlight black pearl) EK9 front bumper + lip, grill and rear lip for my upcoming same color EK4.

Darren is a gent to deal with alright! Sounds good, do you have a thread on here? Its always a sanity cheap for the healthy engine.
What kind of bits are you looking for?

Thanks

I don't think that it can get any better than this - great base to start with and perfect choice of genuine parts. I will be waiting for more updates on this.
