looks good! It's amazing the amount of small details your sorting

If you want to get the rust out from the corner of that solenoid get some cratex discs, they're a rubber abrasive. It will remove it and polish at the same time

Yep, polished the solenoid and alternator by hand and zinc plated the hardware and casing on the alternator
Good work, defo going to look into getting a few bits zinc plated soon. Looks so good man.

Not much going on, went and installed a DC2 air box, tidied up the interior wiring some more (had a few issues but finally figured it out thanks to some forum members).
Spent god knows how long polishing my exhaust manifold just need a new rad and refurb the valve cover then that’s it right now for the engine bay?

Not sure if I missed it somewhere but do you not plan on using the B18 anymore? Was there something wrong discovered during the strip down of the engine?

Well timing belt failure and poor machine work meant it never ran right, the plan is still to source another head and have it built back up to how it was. This time on ITB’s and a full Toda valvetrain to compliment the Toda cams.
