To whom has turbo charged there civic,

to cut a long story shot looking for some advise, I currently have the choice of 2 turbos to use on my b18, either a Borg Warner s200 or s256 as there sometimes related to OR a holset hx35 now the car I'm building isnt really gunna be used for street driving only to n from the track but is mostly gunna be used for drag racing that simple want a hobby and this is what I'm doing seen has I sold my skyline 3 yrs ago it's been eating away at me not having a car that has power for some weekend fun,

So my question is this what turbo should I use on the b18c4 engine the Borg Warner or the holset,
I've heard nothing but good things about the holset and same for the Borg Warner, I'm looking to keep the internals ov engine stock for time been until funds increase

So yeah if anyone has any advise I would be very appreciative
 
it will really depend on your target whp or what you want. but if i was to choose and for weekend fun only, probably i'd pick s256.

if my googling was right & good as far as compressor maps are concerned of the 2 turbos, i think the s256 would weigh better for me (given that you're stock internals, probably you can boost it at around 0.5-0.7 bar safely at my estimate around 220-265whp depending on who & how it will be tuned).

On the spool side though, i'm not sure how fast it will spool up since from what i searched it is close to 3582r. From my guesstimate, it will start to spool up around 2.2-2.5k rpms. This is completely my theory though, i could be wrong since there are a lot of factors on how it will be built (manifold, tune, etc.).
