I had my ej9 that low before was great craic an looks class but with an ek4 the mani would sit too low plus u need to drive it like it was made to be driven so keep it as it is id say :p

Well I've done abit more fiddling about with the car, first thing was sort out my alternator as the bottom bolt had fallen out -.- But also I fitted a remote central locking kit as my fob had stopped working and no way I was paying the £260 I was quoted at Honda! So I bought a hawk central locking kit, awsome piece of kit for the money well recommended :) Also some bay pics with the rocker cover painted and welded ready for new breathers.

Had some spare time tonight so I "ek9'd" my rear lights with a bolts bolts kit.. Quite happy with the result.

So.. A seized caliper and me being lazy has made me not touch this car in a week... However I picked up this..

It packs a mighty d13 engine...

Think a set of gsxr carbs could be fun on this :D

Due to the car smelling of dogs and old car... I've done this... And tbh I love it.. Haven't tried it on the road yet tho haha

Cars gonna be on show in ultimate stance this weekend so been doing some cleaning.. Also noticed I haven't put anything up about my interior so here's a couple of pics

Got myself more parts :)

Hondata s300
Walbro 255
Id 1000 injectors
ARP head studs
Turbosmart wastegate 7psi spring

I need turbo advice tho.. I can't get around how am I gonna start the car for the first time with the fuel pressure being so much higher than stock? Also need to decode on an intercooler :/ aiming for 300bhp atleast.

Best bet would be go to a mapper an get it run in on dyno trailer it down if u can. An get it tuned properly otherwise ul just do damage id say mind u its a honda haha so probably be fine but that would be the best bet id say dude. Best of luck :nice:

Be sure to post pics of the Show u went to as well :nerv:

Bit of an update, picked up a b18c4 complete with gearbox. I intended to keep it b16 but the engine was cheap and local so couldn't resist, gonna put my b16 head on it aswell. Will it run ok for a little while n/a on a b18 base map?

Not much of an update but the b18 is in and running beautifully considering I've never done any engine work in the past.
Pics of my cc stage 4 clutch on and Apr head bolts, sanded down the lettering on the rocker cover... Also fitted some bolts bolts side repeaters kit.. Looks awsome as always with bolts bolts stuff...

Nice work dude ! And you never fitted a head before?
First time ? Well done

Well... The successful engine swap was short lived :(... It's drinking oil at a ridiculous rate and smoking in vtec. A compression test showed cylinder one down around 50psi, compared to the other cylinders, a bit of oil bumped the compression up 40psi. So gonna strip it down and change the rings :(.. Suppose it's just my usual way of learning things the hard way.. Knew I should of changed the rings when the engine was out :(

That was short lived lol . And there ends the lesson ,
Be a piece of cake this time round.

If you need help with the tune, I may be able to help.
