Thinking of getting this spoiler what's the advantages and disadvantages info needed!

Hi all, I'm thinking of buy the spoiler in the below link. I'm doing a bit of research also, but wanted a live and up to date opinion.

My main concern is how much speed/acceleration will I loose? I'm guessing it causes more wind drag ect.

How much better will it make the handling by adding more downforce?

How would you recommend I set up my coilovers?

What would be better to run in general oem or the one in the link?

Any info would be appreciated.

Advantages are better handling and braking.
Disadvantages are slower acceleration and it looks ridiculous on a road car imo.

Only really slows acceleration at big speeds

Does push the car down so you know it's not showy

Im not saying it doesn't help with performance. I just think for the amount of difference you will see, it's not worth it, unless of course it's a complete track slag with other aerodynamic mods etc.

I'd rather have OEM or a balls out one, which would work.

I really cant see how that tiny aerofoil does anything, the cord/camber line is just horrible lol

Just my opinion but for the money and how much it really does on a road car and the fact it looks ridiculous lol its not worth it.

You would have to get up a fair amount of speed to see the difference on the road surely? on a track car were your going them speeds all the time maybe it will help but look at the poor EK9 lol
