As far as I know the EK9 never came with an OEM rear strut bar only DC2 integras had this as an optional extra from the factory I believe. I may be wrong but other than that the only Civic type R stickers on the car will be on the boot and just infront if the rear arches.

They are exactly the same as the ones I had seen to a DC2 I had no idea that Honda had actually made dedicated civic ones including stickers I had only ever seen people who had swapped the DC2 braces into an EK ( I know they were DC2 because they still had the stickers on )

You learn something new every day it seems, sorry I cant be of more help hopefully you can find a suitable sticker from somewhere.

This is great, especially because in Holland information about the Ek9 is very rare. Even some Honda dealers cannot find some parts which I need

Bought the crank pulley the other day off fleabay -

Genuine Civic EK9 Integra DC2 Type R Crank Pulley CTR | eBay UK

says it doesn't power AC which I have so could do with the Honda part No. and the belt if im correct.
