The knob who crashed his dc2...after 1 week

Defo unfortunate to hit a Jag due to cost but had it been a smaller car it would have been worse for the driver so lucky there I think.
Learn from it that's all you can do :)
I don't think any one can say that they havnt driven to fast for conditions before. How many people do you see doing 90 on the motorway in heavy rain.... They are only alive due to luck. Unfortunately you ran out on that day.

Ouch, gutted for you man. Atleast no one was hurt and the guy was understanding.

As for the que, last time i went to japfest we were queing for hours to get in and there was no accidents. **** em.

Fair play for taking it like a man! We all make mistakes but not all do admit to them! Glad you're OK and I'm glad you hit a new Jag and not a 15 year old Corsa....

****, feel for you mate but at least everyone is ok. Shame about the car too but it sounds like you've learned a valuable lesson from it. Bounce back mate, you'll be able to get another in the future ;)

Really unlucky mate, but good of you to be honest and accept whats happened.

Don't get me started on Convoy's. People never drive sensible/slow and never wait to make sure everyone is ready to go.

Sickening one mate, not much strength in the honda compared to the jag :nerv:

there is always a nob trying to make themselves look good in a convoy

We lost the convoy! he was not showing off and was not trying to take the corners as fast as he could, he just had a little too much speed...

Glad to here no serious injuries, and you have managed to walk a way. Two or our convoy were running late and were stuck in traffic...but they said it was a Golf and Shogun that had a tussle...have to admit we were speeding in our convoy , but were soon told off by the police

the most important bit is you are OK and breathing. it sucks about the car but it's just metal in the end and replacable mate.

Glad to know you're ok. A hard lesson learnt. If you don't know the road, never drive fast on it. It'll only end in tears.

u must be gutted man sry ta hear drivin anyway fast on greasy roads is a no no tho but lesson learned i guess could happen to any of us really glad to hear no one was injured. also u probably couldnt have hit anything more expensive sickened :p

Well done on being honest enough to note your faults !!

At least there's no serious injuries and the jag owner isn't pressing charges.

Could have happened to any member on here out on a spirited drive.

Glad to hear everyone is ok, is a shame about the car.

And again well in for taking it on the chin.

Fair play for coming on here and saying how it is. Kudos to you. The car is a car, and hopefully insurance will get near your costs.
As for convoy driving, military convoy drills ftw. Its about keeping "back" to the bloke behind. If he drops away, you slow to wait. Then the bloke in front will too etc. Once closed up again, can get progress maintained....
