I bought few things sometime ago like wheels, sump buffles,
very good seller - no problems at all

Bought towerbar, some fenderwashers, kevelar plug cover, racespec shifter ect!

All items look great! The service is good and great guys to deal with. Highly recomended!

Bought a shifter extension and it was the wrong thread to fit my car. Even said 'honda' on the packing.

Thumbs down from me on this instance.

Havn't had any problems to be honest, but my mate on itr-dc2.com had an annoying issue with them. He paid for his ITR stickers a WHILE back, still hasnt received them and they had no record of him paying. Joke!

recieved MCS and Number plate tilt and they are just appauling enough that i didnt even put them on.

i dread to think what their manifolds are going to be like as they struggle to make a MCS correctly

a no go for me

I purchased a brake stopper bracket and it didn't fit correctly and the pressure plate wouldn't fit in either. But in there defence it was a lot cheaper than the Cusco it is a copy of.

Did it take much to get it to fit Duncan?

Been looking at one on Ebay and pondering whether to get one or not

bought a clutch and flywheel. the dude was sound. cant complain

just purchased j'racing replica kit and it was perfect, very good packaging and lightning fast delivery!

I bought some socks from Tegiwa.

Everything was all right, fast delivery, great products.

:nice:

Bought the mugen style intake and he quality and fit was amazing especially when comparing the price to the genuine intake:nice: It also made 4bhp and 4 ft lbs peak and more midrange on the dyno so it works well

Great deal on the lanyards and great delivery on all items, friendly guys to deal with so im happy:thanks:

Finally got my stickers and sump bolts, three weeks after paying for them.
Not happy with their service lately

Just recieved a clutch, flywheel and a sump baffle off them, super fast delivery, certainly no complains from me.

i've bought a few seat covers and all tranactions have been very smooth - good communication and a speedy delivery :nice:

just recieved Yonaka Axles from Tegiwa, good looking product, fitted perfect and rapid delivery! Thanks!:)

I'm going to be constructive here, so again this is NOT a knock down Tegiwa review and I don't wish for anyone else to jump onto the back of this to give them a kicking.

I bought an X brace and 3 point strut brace from them and maybe some other bits. Transaction smooth and normal delivery times are very good.

However, I had problems with both my items. X brace had missing part (which was sent out later quickly) If it came with fitting instructions it would of been a lot easier to install, subsequent requests for help were kind of ignored, sometimes not all questions are answered on email/PM (could improve on customer service and attention to detail)

3 point strut brace didn't fit, mainly mis-aligned holes and didn't touch the firewall (out by 13mm). The replacement fits better, but I still had to get a drill out to modify the holes, still 3-4mm away from firewall, but just about do-able to make it fit. By the way, the 2 bolts to connect to the firewall are NOT supplied as standard, but best ask Tegiwa before buying.

All that said, replacement items were sent to me eventually.

My honest conclusion is, although issues are resolved gradually, just don't expect the response to be rapid all the time like some other dealers. I accept sometimes products can be faulty and to be fair Johnny does a good job on here in terms of reassurance/communication and makes the experience less painful.

As a customer I sometimes feel under valued and I have dealt with lots of people/companies over the last 12 years of modifying cars. If their customer service improves and is at the top with the likes of Julian at RareRims & Stewart at FreakyParts just to name a few..... then no doubt I will come back time and time again. Right now I have a slight reluctance in the back of my mind until the buyer experience improves, which is a shame :((.
