Alright so have bought an EK9 and it has Tein Super Street suspension in it. My opinion is for a daily driven car they are an awesome coilover. However they do not go as low as I want. So have been offered a practically brand new Buddyclub N+ set for very cheap, say 100 pounds cheaper than a set of Brand new BC golds.
These are the two coilovers I am looking at to go super low with, say tucking tire with 16's.
The reason i'm hesitant is I know of someone that had first hand experience with Buddyclub N+ and they didnt go low at all, especially in the rear. In fact here is a picture at its lowest. Not sure whether his was an earlier generation or something was wrong with them but would appreciate a second opinion
Now my question is anyone out there driving their EK's super low with these coilovers? All while keeping the spring captive? Decent pics if possible, as i searched and most pictures were pretty hard to see if there was gap between the arch and tire. I also don't want this a debate about "ruining the cars geometry"
By low, im talking something as low as the infamous dut ek9
Thanks in advance
