Suspension 101 Part 2 - Springs and dampers


I don't know what time it will be before i stop reading this tonight but damn it i will understand it!
I've just tried to give you rep but it said i have already done it and i should spread the love haha
Im still having a little trouble with the equation

im currently working on the suspension of my college's FSAE car.we are planning to get our shocks customized. we have completed designing the springs.

but im having problems making the Force Vs Velocity curve for the damper we require :(

any help wil be greatly appreciated :)
