As title has anyone got one fitted how loud is it? Also would it be ideal for a boosted setup?

That sounds nice mate. Who did you have it custom made from and if you dont mind me asking how much was it?
 
I have a 3" system sitting in my cupboard if your interested. It is straight through though.
 
Have the 3 inch on my ek has only been started and revved its noisy alrite but sounds brillant! Custom is ok but when u got to resell its worth nothing for power the skunk2 is a great proven exhaust if your getting it at a good price buy it mate
 
It is great bang for buck indeed! Mine may be up for grabs in the next few months.
 
Am actually getting it at a good price but dont want it to be stupid loud

It will be stupid loud. I have the 70mm or 76mm and it is unbelievably loud and very hard to drive about without being loud.
 
Going to be the first to ask why you want a 3" exhaust? Take it your high comp 2L or turbo conversion?
I'm sticking with my custom 2.5" for my turbo build and I'll easily make the power I want so what power are you after?
 
I had the Mega power R (2,75") on my old high comp ITB'd b20.

I guess it does flow very well.. But its far far to loud, and it melts the rear lip. lol :nice:

I'd go with any custom job over it though, get a silencer or 2 put in.

My ears still hurt from it lol.

The guys i went on a trackday with last year said my car was the loudest there, only beaten by the few caterham's screaming around. Also sets off alarms of parked cars in the streets. lol
 
I got one about 2 weeks ago , it's loud might hav to put a silencer were the de cat pipe is . With out bung it's still to loud for racing
 
For racing it will be fine, for trackdays you will need to run the bung on the 70mm and 76mm.
 
with the bung in there is a noticeable reduction in performance, which defeats the purpose of having a higher flowing exhaust.
