Saqib's EK9

What's your impression of the Spoon suspension? How is it for day to day driving?

Had another trackday at Knockhill on the 22nd September.

Good weather and the car performed brilliantly again.

Absolutely superb, one of the best things I've done to my EK9. It's well suited for daily use as the spring rates are not high.

Apart from that, the car was put into storage as of the 1st October. Until next year!

Hi Saqib
Nice update! Looking good as ever....
Interesting feedback on the manifold swap, I'm liking the idea!
Enjoy and take care...

Thoroughly enjoying mine too :))

Apologies I missed this post!

The 98 spec manifold is a great modification as the standard EK9 one is heavy and restrictive. Doesn't cost much either.

Thanks for the kind words mate :)

I do like this car, oem+ as ive said before.
Like a honda RR version

lovely lovely example and very refreshing

Thank you!

EK9 Type-RR maybe?

Not a lot else planned to be honest. Ideally next year it would be good to have the engine rebuilt as it's 17 years old now, along with a comprehensive suspension refresh excluding dampers & springs. We shall see.

Very nice , but if its not broken don't fix , onless it is ?

Well after 3 and a half years of ownership I decided to sell. She was sold just a couple of days ago.

One of the most fun cars I've ever owned. I'll be back in a Civic one day!
