Same as before I don't want to get hung up on a number but.... 500+ would be nice. @Vtec6000 might be able to give us an educated guess :))
 
I might even come back up on the Thursday to see how you get on :)!!

That's if mine all goes fine in the Wednesday :lol:

Cheers folks. Had it out tonight with Aonghus doing his thing via an iPhone tethered to a laptop connected to the car... What a time to be alive lol. Couple bugs need worked out but should be sweet. Drove it home... Can't stop looking at it out the window. Some connection between me and that pile of nuts bolts tin and rubber :rolleyes:

Hopefully everything goes well this time :x:

Today it will get all the bird sh*t washed off and the mould cleaned off the back seat.

Might have a wiring or ecu issue. It was doing some funny stuff last night when Aonghus was trying to get a base calibration on it. Fuelling was all over the place this morning. Luckily I have a car in for an engine rebuild that has a high quality jumper harness and s300 so I've borrowed that to test. Hopefully it's the harness not the hondata board as that would be a massive pita.

I do have a spare s300 in a p28 I'm not needing ATM, if your really stuck and need it for your tune I can lend it too you.
It doesn't have the boost components as I run a boost controller ATM but can atleast get wastegate pressure tuned in.
I'd need it back as soon as possible as that's the ecu I'm learning to tune my car on lol
 
I've sussed it mate. Thank you for the offer tho. I'm not 100% convinced I don't have an ecu/hondata board issue but, I switched the wideband from analog 0 to analog 7 and made a jump lead earth strap from engine to battery negative and that seems to have cured it. Will see what Aonghus thinks when we have another go at getting a calibration on it but it seems sweet as a nut at idle.
 
Will make a heavy duty earth kit tonight and hopefully that's it. Only thing that annoys me is why analog 0 has stopped working? Saying that once the grounding is sorted out I'll re try it
 
Yeah odd how analogue zero doesn't work. Does seem people have a lot of issues with the s300 boards at first.
 
Made up for you @robthedoc, held my breath when you said there might be a prob with the turbo...
Looking forward to seeing what she does at dyno and laying eyes on it at Japfest :beer::))
