Respraying an engine

Looking to freshing up my b16 was wondering What all I would need to cover up and what paint would I use?

Remove or cover everything, well try to at least. I used Simonz high temp silver, can get it from Halfords and loads of other places

Oh and use loads of degreaser to get a clean surface or it will look ****.

Swarfega jizer is really good, leave it on for a bit then rinse it off easy peasy

i dont know about b16 (not had 1 yet) but the d15/16 engine cover is pretty easy to remove. few bolts and a hose clip and done
