Well, I now have a Clio Williams 3.

I won it through the1poundcar.com.

Got a phonecall saying I had won the car and didn't believe the guy on the other end

Anyway.
Full Renault Service History with a stamp for every year of its life.

De-Cat
Custom full stainless exhaust.
Dyno'd at 169.8 bhp and 138 lbs/ft of torque
Everything else is completely original.
1 of only 58 left on UK roads.

Lucky sod. I entered the comp 10 times lol haha. Always wanted one of these, had soft spots for Clios and my surname is Williams, so i will own one at some point.

Not so sure about there being only 58 left on the road though. Are you emaning only 58 Williams 3's?

My mate had one was in mint condition but got nicked and touched. Nice prize fair play old school fun :))
 
Know someone with one of these where I live. Old guy who uses it as a daily drive. Its in very poor condition and rusty as he uses it to go on the promenade as he owns donkeys on the beach.

Its sad when you see it :-(
 
Great little cars. Looks like you have a good one there aswell.

Me and my mate are restoring a Williams 2 at the moment for a Ring trip next may. Not as clean and standard as that one though. Bit rough round the edges, ITB's, silly cams and high comp. He also has a Williams 1 No' 303 that he is going to restore. More rust on that one than on the Titanic though haha. I think he's dreaming but these are major Iconic car's. Always wanted to own one myself for a bit.

wow thats madd clean looking! say its a pure antichrist to go!! i bought a 1.8ltr one of them clios(ovo not a williams version) off my cousin for 300euro needed a clutch tires brake pad and a headgasket but my god it could go!!!! was amazed at how quick it was and easily did 2nd gear wheel spins no lack of torque in her like them smelly civics :p
