Hello guys, about to order LCAs, Subframe Brace & a tie bar for my EK :), pretty excited but looking at prices on eBay then on genuine sites. Asking for advise on what to order? Should I go for cheap fakes off eBay? Or is there a chance they will just go wrong and collapse? Should I pay big money for the genuines? All advise will be helpful thanks :)

Never ever buy cheap suspension components in my eyes, spend the money on quality items, bushings are better and ofc mainly safety. Also the resale value of genuine parts are alot better

Thinking of buying the genuine LCAS as I don't want them snapping, but fake look alikes for the subframe brace & lower tie should be okay yes?

I put a subframe brace on my del sol, I went with an original asr, fitment was perfect, finishing is very cool, I bought the blue one...If you look what happens when you have a larger than 19mm sway bar without any reinforcement you'll see that the cheap replica is not a good deal, a gamble too dangerous, and even the looks aren't the same.....but just curiosity, why put a subframe brace if you will not put a large sway bar??? for the list that you give us seems taht you're just adding some bling to the underside, sorry if I'm just misjudging you, but I based my question just from the info on here......

Buy the original mate, good lca with good bushings or keep the oem ones wih some energy bushings....the tie bar wouldn't be anything more, the subframe brace will act like a tie bar.....but if you buy a tie bar look for something like carbing or cusco, if you buy one piece you buy rigidity, if you buy beaks or adjustables you'll buy looks and with the adjustability you end up loose some of the rigidity that you're looking for.....

Purchased it all & it's on my car, went with good genuine LCAs & ASR Subframe bar & a beaks bar! Looks amazing :)
