Nice '9 mate........awesome spec list fair play!

Seems everyone's on a mission to get their track cars ready for this years season!

Work done to it over winter

-New coilovers - one was leaking so sent them back to tein and had all 4 dampers overhauled and one piston rod replaced
-N1 crank pulley with new belt, woodruff key and bolt
-Change of strut braces
-Rear discs replaced and new remanufactured rear calipers
-Mugen intake, cleaned and reoiled the filter before fitting
-New gearknob and steering wheel
-Rolled the rear arches proper. Beat them completely flat on the inside, repainted the arch lips and sealed them up on the inside. The new coilovers don't go very high and means i can run down to -1 camber with no issues
-Full service, had a bit of an idle problem so ended up replacing oil/filter/fuel filter/plugs/leads/dizzy cap/rotor arm/TPS/MAP sensor/lambda
-Brand new factory painted front lip - mine was chipped up big time and was offered this for a good price

Cheers guys! First outing will be knockhill on the 19th of March, can't wait :wow:

Steve, what pulley size are you using for the alternator on the N1 crank pulley?....
I m after one but not sure what one to get...?!?!?!
Nice car btw, i'd say its quick!!!!

Just running the standard alternator, that combined with the N1 pulley requires a 738mm gates belt :nice:

Looking good buddy. BUT you must relocate your seat belt rear fixings as in a impact you will crush your spine!
I had a cross bar welded into my cage (really stiffened the car up) and also a seat belt bar. Not ideal but about 18" higher and a lot safer to fit my belts onto.
All the best Duncan

WOW looks stunning mate, easily in my top 3!! :)

U havent half done some amount of work over the winter, well done dude. After the full service you have gave it and along with your mega spec list its like a bloody new car! :) Cant wait to see what it makes after getting it mapped by Henry, glad you went with him as he is the man who can! :)

When you say "removed PCV, proper breather fitted" what do you mean? what breather kit have you fitted? any pics please?

Cheers

Cheers, can't wait to have it mapped!

Blocked off the inlet manifold with a vacuum bung, blocked off the inlet hose with a bolt. Running 2 hoses, one off the valve cover and one straight from the crank case breather black box on the back of the block into a vented bottle

Nothing massively fancy but does the trick! saves any condensation and/or crap being recirculated back into the engine. I removed the inlet manifold and cleaned it out to remove any previous gunk when i did this
