R1PPU's EJ9 Build Up

Not much been happening, went for some pictures last week as you can see by my previous post. Also have wind deflectors now, i hate driving with having all my windows up, so this will get rid of that annoying noise haha. I think it looks pretty good :p

Tbh, nothing will really be happening on the car between now and December, i start uni in a couple of weeks and then my insurance and tax are due in November, so that'll be a painfull month  I desperately want new wheels now, so hopefully that'll be the next update.

As always, thanks for looking and c+c welcome :nice:

Looks good mate lil updates make a big difference I reckon you should get the grill colour coded ;)

Cheers dude :nice: Nah, i love the carbon grille, and its quite marmite, you either love it or hate it, and i quite like that about it ;)

Thanks again though :)

lol how do you put your elbows on the arm rest? i thought about doing it with mines but the bolsters just bolt you in one comfy position to even put your elbow at rest haha!

I just kinda...put it there :p I thought the same, but im quite tall so my elbow falls on it perfectly :)

Monthly update....sweet f all happening  Well little bits have happened, but nothing major.

First of all, i bought a harness from ctrsam for a freind as a present. My mate got an OMP from his gf, so i had the sparco sitting there doing nothing, so i chucked it into the car. Hated it, so sold it. Here's a pic of it fitted:

Next, i took my grille off to give i a clean up, chucked my standard one back on while it was off. I actually really really like how it looks haha. And its nice having a grille with good fitment. When i put the carbon one back on, i might colour code the oem one and see how that looks. Here's what it looks like with oem grille

Finally, got a short shift a while ago. Its actually made the car so much more fun to drive. Cant get over the difference, would recomend it to anyone. My and my mate fitted it the other day, all the bolts came of really easily after being soaked in gt85 for a couple of minutes. Dont think we needed to gt85 them, but didnt want to risk snapping any bolts. Also checked under the car for rust etc, still really clean which im happy about. Anyway, we didnt get many pictures because our hands were filthy, but here's a comparison picture and a fitted picture:

As usual, C+C welcome :nice:

Seems like no one cares....but i'll update anyway
Got some new discs and pads, figured i'd finally get rid of my warped discs. Will get them on this weekend:
