Thanks dude. No plans on the D14 just now, its never gonna be a fast engine without some serious money, money that i dont have haha. And its enough power for a first car i guess haha.

Nice car you have got man, picking up my ej next week. Quick question, are the trims unremovable? Cos i always thought you can unclip them until I saw this method :s
 
NC26- Cheers man, yeah, they are removable. The proper way to remove them is to take the interior plastics out (i couldnt be bothered doing that because the rear plastics and seats take ages to take out). You can try pulling them off, but there's the chance that you'll snap a clip or damage the side strip.

Got some clear side repeaters today, looks much cleaner imo. Put up a wanted thread on a local forum last night, they were in my hand by 2.30pm at work today haha. Fitted them on lunch, im impatient :p

Yup, ditch the centre caps and outer wheels weights and they'd look good mate :nice:
 
Good work so far dude! Clean hatch by the looks of it. Rims look like they could have potential too. White on silver is real clean imo :)
 
Didnt go for the wheels guys. The offset was pretty poor, and by the time i'd have put tyres on them, it wouldn't have been worth it. Will look like this at knockhill, except it'll be clean haha.

As said before, i wasnt happy with how the lip turned out when i fexed it, so fixed it again today. Happy with it now :) Thats the 5th time its been re-sprayed now haha. Also pulled the corners down a bit, fits a bit better.

I decided to do something either brave or stupid too haha. The lip has always been too short, so i cut the fixing point on the left hand side off. Extended it back about 7mm, now the lip fits like a glove :) Here's the pics

Oh, and as some of you may have seen on Facebook, i had to raise my car :( Just a combination of all the speed bumps round my area and the general hassle it was causeing. The car looks so wierd now....
