right guys haven't realy got a plan on what to do so will just say what I'm after from my car I want to have the ability to take it to the track and drive home again and use it as my Dailey driver I want to keep the b16b to keep the car true :) would want to be looking at 220 bhp n/a will be keeping the interior in the car cause I pick up and drop my daughter off to child minder. Here's the current spec

Hks hi-power cat back
Spoon panel filter with direct air feed ( resonator box removed )
Cusco rear strut brace
Standard front strut brace
Excedy organic clutch

Please note the tow hook has been removed

So pretty much a clean canvas to work with I don't plan to do to much at the moment cause I'm currently funding mine and my fiancé's wedding in August but after then it all go on the car :D

220hp from a b16b isn't going to be an easy job.. 205 or 210 might be a better goal tbh.. Your looking at a fully built engine for 220hp from a b16b

Looks like a nice canvas to start with anyway

I would be happy with 210 would be more acceleration I would be after to catch stuff on the track :) cheers mate I've had it a while my daughter was born the year I bought it and we been wedding planning so haven't been able to throw money at it how I would like to rebuilds are going to be out of my league since becoming a dad I've realised how much I reaky need my car lol

Best way to get acceleration is gearing :)

Look into final drives and or gearsets that is what will give you better acceleration than 10bhp will :nice:

B18cr bottom end
Brian crower built head

And you might push into 220-230 or break even at 210 a healthy b18c would make 205 all day

Just food for thought. :)) Or just use b18 internals an keep ur block :ek9:

Yeah ive heard of a lot of people going for b18 internals latly might be the way to go :)

Will do im still learning to be honest before I had the nine I had a toyota glanza I got the nine after the glanza blew up so not very clued up on honda engines yet lol

Same as myself when I started. Had a EP82 engine blew and got into Hondas :)

I have a B18C now in my EK. Came out a friends Dc2 that dyno'd at 207bhp (unmapped) obviously dyno figures are just for pub talk but it pulls extremely well. It will be mapped very soon and then my next purchase will be a gearset, for a N/A car gearing is key to a quick car!

Defo somthing I need to look into then :) other thing im stuck on aswell is manifolds a mate of mine said go for a 4-2-1 but there's so many diffierent manifolds out there a lot of people I know have dc sports manifolds

Best manifold for the money right now id say is the Tegiwa one (rep of the toda). Only heard good things about it :)!

Beautiful car to start with. Lose the cheesy ebay stickers though.

By the way, I love the rear fog light under the bumper. It looks so much cleaner and proper than in the bumper in my opinion. Is it an OEM Stanley rear fog..?

Don't worry will lose the stickers was a novelty at the time when everyone was doing the sticker think lol

The ultimate dream.... would love a yellow 9. Not a fan of the fog myself like, but other than that it looks like you have yourself a really good car to work with :)

Clean car, looks like a healthy example :nice:
Cheers mate I've had the car 2 years and cleaned it every chance I got. Got my fiancé threw uni now so now it's my turn to have somthing I've always wanted :)
