Police

I have no simpathy for the people who now have to "be careful" when driving around like cocks. Go 5-0 that's all I can say.

who said they would be speeding could be a number of things to watch out for ie scottish police or a handfull of them hate modified cars and will pull them over just to look at them and make sure theres no bald tyres or things like that so as you put it driving around like cocks bit harsh when you dont consider other reasons

no one likes being pulled by the police also a reason to be careful dnt give them a reason to pull you forget to check your brake lights and they can pull you for that **** like that not everyone a steriotypical boy racer

does the SF reg rule apply to everywhere else in the UK?

As far as I'm aware it's just the Glasgow region.

But as said alot of cars don't have SF anymore. My dads seen one with OJ and ive seen them with SJ, so Im guessing its just normal reg's overall.

Just don't drive like a bawbag... problem solved :D

As Gav says :nice:

Your right they do tend to pick on modified cars but if your car is modified to a high standard then you shouldn't have any worries. If your driving with bald tyres then your putting yourself and others at risk so technically they are looking out for yours and others safety, as much I dont like them and hate getting pulled (not happened once since I bought the 9 to be fair "touch wood") they are a necessary evil.

Must be some kind of entrapment law not having any marking tho lol

SF aparently meant ''Strathclyde Forces'', Ambulances, Police, probably Firemen too all used them. I have however seen a few non-SF police cars lately, so they must have changed their approach as everyone could identify them easily...

I tend not to give them an excuse to stop me, but i've still been stopped loads of times... I've got nothing to hide, but its inconvenient more than anything.

And lets be honest, if you had the option of knowing if it was a police car or a normal car around you, you'd take that option even if you're doing nothing wrong :nice:

Ha ha yeah I know mate, like I say I don't like getting pulled and do as much as I can to avoid it and would defo prefer to be able to tell its the police, but then it might get rid of some the nedy boy racers that drag the rest of us car enthusiast down and get tared with the same brush!

I often to get pulled as they say the car attracted our attention or caught their eye!

No shite sherlock its bright yellow and I am driving perfectly fine but just get pulled for **** reason, thats why it annoys some folk. Would see the point if I was doing something wrong but most of the time its just for an excuse to check insurance, tax etc...
