police issue


I've never heard of anybody getting a fine and points for having there car too low. I would definitely fight the case mate, at the most they can advise that you raise the car..even if VOSA inspect the car and deem it too low all they can do is *advise* that the car be raised for safety reasons. And if he did jump on your bonnet I would definitely take a note of his name and take the case further, that's shocking. Some police attitude towards modified cars is just too far, I think the conception is that ALL of us hit 90-100 on the motorways and race at the weekends..on top of that anybody from the age of 15-25 obviously carry knifes and guns.. world is a real pain in the ass these days :lol:
 
yhh i got it cheecked form a vosa garage but it was down to him if he accepted it because he is the policeman tht charged me . even when i went to a vosa garage got a certifiacte he wasnt happy and wantes to inspect it .. basically what he dont is sat his arse on the bonnet and jumped to see if the arch would touch my wheell .... but i dont think thts necesary . he was just trying to do me

iv fought it and so far i think iv had my points and fine overturned just waiting on th court writing to me

kammyyy nahh think iv got away with it as the ' copper is satisfied ' now ! he was just a prick basically trying to do me ... iv been stoped about 50 times in 2 years lol ! and only 1 copper says its too low when its not ! **** ! lol

some coppers just have it in for u lol this is one of them ...

and listen to this , when i got pulled tht same officer said to me ' u hand around denny eh ' i was like yeah . he was like av seen ur car parked near the chili hut i said i live near there ..... when i got done from the same copper like a month later , it was traffic cops obv and he knew where my car sits etc ...

then my uncle phoned me one day says traffic police have puled in the street and sat and drove away ? my street is a private street police never come in its full of elderly or good families etc . no problems ever , so he sat dunno if it was same copper . sat near my house i wasnt obv in as i got a call but then drove away ! i was going to complain at the time but now im more determined too !

when he checked my car it was outside my work . there could be a cctv camera tht covers it so iv asked work for it so i can take it further ! not letting him get away with tht just because hes a policeman !

Glad no copper has jumped on my bonnet yet, he would go straight through lol
