alright folks just a quick question..

basically i was given 3 points and £60 fine for having my car too low supposidly . i have been pulled before soo many times by traffics cops yet only 1 guy whos pulled me a couple oftimes isnt happy with the height so he reported me to the court . i got a fixed penalty of 3 points and £60 fine .

however i fought back and wrote a letter etc which i was told to do alongside proof that it has been checked by an MOT garage and they say its safe.

the policeman came back out the other day to check my car again as he was told to . he checked it normally as you would and it was fine he said . wasnt " dangerous". so that was that .then to make sure he said he sat on the bonnet and jumped on my bonnet to make sure it wouldnt rub against the wheels ?

surely he cannot do that ? he cant jump on my bonnet to see if it rubbed ? he done it about 6 times on either side ...

then he did say hel write back to court saying it was safe

whats your opinion on it folks ? surely he cant jump on my bonnet to check its my personal property ?
 
Your right, he cannot jump on your bonnet etc police are sometimes just dicks!

You can have a car thats too low but never heard of a fine or points over it. Heard once or twice people getting stopped and advised to raise it. If that was the case the VW scene would be in tears.

I also want pictures of this car, how low exactly is it?
 
yeah i know dont know why he dont it .... yh i got a slip from him . i got a garage to check it and i sent it back . then he puled me again saying it was stil dangerous and informed the court .

its not even that low i could gt it even lower... i can gt a finger in it .. yh il post a pic when im home :)
 
My car was slammed to the deck for over a year and I was pulled by the police quite often and never had a problem with it being too low.
Is there any damage to your bonnet..?

Thats nothing really mate, my old EJ9's tyres couldnt be seen due to being tucked in the arches.
This police guy seems to have some sort of grudge against you. Where bouts in Scotland you stay?
 
duffy man i know the guy was tryna do me for anything . i gt a bump above my wheel on the arch ... lol ... so will see what i can do ..

i know seems like it mate i stay in falkirk lol
 
If no damage was caused I doubt anything will be done . stick in a complaint .
 
i think there are just certain coppers that just dont like modded cars.

we have one in our area that will literally try do you for anything

did he dent the bonnet of what?

He jumped on your bonnet? Having seen the damage a scrawny chav can do to the bonnet of a Civic, I find this highly unlikely, otherwise he would have trashed it.

Are you sure he didn't just sit on the wing?
 
If he did actually jump on your bonnet, then id make sure you got his officer number and make a complaint to the station as his efforts were completely unprofessional. If its damaged i'd seek means of getting it compensated for it; afteral what he was testing for is a load of rubbish anyway.

A simple Producer, would have sufficed if anything. The rep of the police now days is getting to a real low now day :angry:
 
this is a joke just saw pics of your car on your profile bit and yer its pretty low but that dont look to low iv 100% seen worst than that. think hes got it in for you tbh
 
He jamp on your bonnet!? like stood on it and started bouncin about? if so, for 1 thats shockin and 2 why are you lettin someone on your can? haha
thats a joke man, your car isn't that low tbh i've saw plenty worse. You got the 3 points then? :(
 
I've seen your car driving round Falkirk before and it didn't look that low, I've saw plenty more lower cars in and around Falkirk. Some friends of mine wonder why I don't drive in Falkirk in the teg and it's because I don't want trouble, not that there is ever any reasons to stop me just the police here seem to be getting slightly crazy.
