That is correct, my car came with a copy and I need a picture to bring with me to the dealership. I can't speak japanese, so a picture can speak for me.

Thanks!!!:nice:

Here you go. Ordered a spare blank from my local Honda dealer recently.

holy crap! My Honda Civic CX key is the same....... BTW, the CX is the cheapest most stripped down model in the US. lol

nope, I got mine on ebay. haha. The OEM stock one is a very shitty one same as 2nd post.

I went to the dealership and ordered a oem key and red stitch shift boot. $25 ain't bad. No luck on the floor mats or fog lights. Guess I'll have to find some junkyards!

Oh you suck. Red stitched boots are $33 from Password JDM plus shipping........wait, why do I care? I got one for free :D (Christmas Present) But I bet the dern Honda dealer I have to drive 40 minutes to get to would charge me an arm and a leg for one lousy key so my parents rock TrueValue copies (mine are OEM Honda keys).

What does suck for me was for some reason, someone changed the ignition on my car so I'm the one idiot rockin 2 different keys for one Civic. It's like having my Sunbird all over again. Oh wait, that one was worse. The ignition and hatch lock were changed on it. Ignition was supposed to be separate from the doors/trunk/hatch anyway (stupid old GM's) but I had 2 keys, one for the hatch, one for the ignition, and NO key whatsoever for the doors. Never locked them. Of course the car looked so crappy that no one dare consider stealing it or anything from it.

Boy do I miss having only one key for the whole car. I sure do miss my EJ1.

I just noticed in the DC2R catalouge that it does indeed come with the grey key posted up. I think it could've been an option.
