so im trying to find out what people think the best size wheels are for a ek hatch civic.

i currently am running ssr mk3 15" 8j et0 all round but i find there is to much poke and to much scraping so im selling them and changing but not sure what to go for next.

im thinking 16" 8j 3"dish on the front and 8.5j 3.5" on the rear with 3degrees of camber on the front and 5degrees on the rear but im not what et i should look for? can anyone help? or give me some other opinions

maybe if you stopped buying stupidly wide wheels with terrible offset you would have less problems... :nice:

so that's why you're thinking about getting bigger and wider wheels....

perfect offset IMO is as above 15" I could roll the rear arches and get a little closer.

But best for what exactly?

15x7 et 32 rear et 35 front with 195 50s is what id say for a daily B series

What if your stupidly low? nothing works then.

Theres no right only wrong.... stupid camber and stupid widths, I found 7j barrels with a 1.5" lip and et28 with 195 50s too servere without rolling

OEM on the EK9 is 15x6.5 ET 50. Honda know what they are doing ;)

Theres no right only wrong.... stupid camber and stupid widths,

Good Advice. Small variations won't make a big difference but I wouldn't make any drastic changes.

If you are looking for advice on a stanced set up there won't be much advice on this forum. Not a big following for it on here :nice:

This man speaks great truths!

If you want something more aggressive, try 16x8, same offsets and stick with 50s. Maybe go to 205s on the front!

0 Offset is great....for an AE86 :nice:
