pdapaul's YellowSpeed Time Attack EKK24 on ITBS

I know..it seemed like such a good idea at the time as well!!

I'm still sure I'd seen it done somewhere before :-/
Lol, u still tryna back urself up! Im only messin. Defo a* for effort. U wanted to reduce weight and u went all out, i think the extra 15kgs from the strenghtenin bars will pay off in handling and rigidity

It's not working is it ha ha.

I think John is right I've seen it on a drag car.

I'm hopeful it will make the car better on track. I'm defo glad it's not a daily, as its even noisier in there now than before

Forgot a few posts, this is the 1/4mile from Ten of the Best. This is before any major weight removal.

And I got 3rd in the FWD handling. Quite pleased as I'd only driven the car once before, and I was purely using it as a practice :)

Looking through some pics and found this. This is the car I took to TOTB last year :)

Local windscreen guy was in yesterday do I got him to whip the rear screen out

I've already stripped most of the boot lid, and I had a bit of spare metal lying around. So :

I'll get a bit of filler in the corners and then it will be good as gold :)

Seeing that recess being filled in reminds me of the late 90's/early 2000's.
Flushed bootlids and "bad boy bonnets"

Been at it full on this weekend
In in Saturday to prep the bonnet & roof and get the bumpers primed, also fitted some new catches prior to prep.

I finished off the doors witha lick if paint as well, so that's the interior done
