As I'm not fortunate to have a garage, and iv just spent a lot of money rebuilding my DC2 I was wondering whats the best outside car covers.. the car is going to be parked up for months during the year, I considered having a custom cover made but before I do whats out there that is going to do the same job?

Carcoon is the only car cover imo. I have my ek9 in one over a year now with no complaints. I am in the same boat as you. No garage & no money to build one. Best purchase ever not cheap but definitely worth it

I will have a look at them now, I don't mind spending the money if its worth it. As long as it protects all the hard work that has gone into the car then im happy

It will protect the car through all sorts of weather plus it has a trickle charger goin to the battery. It circulates air around the car 24/7 & it's cheap to run. I've had the ek9 in my profile pic in mine over a year with zero problems. I can't recommend them enough mate

I wouldn't bother personally. do more harm than good imo
A good lot of protection before you leave it to stand and try not to wash it and it should be fine, isnt too long left of the sh*te weather either :)

I bought a Halfords cover for my DC2, they're really good quality.

I like mine as it stops water getting in mostly. :)

In the same boat as you dai I need one for mine

Ive had an halfords 3 layer one over winter, although it does the trick the only issue I had was the strong winds lifting it up as its only got two straps which hold it on...unfortunatly it blew off, and Ive never seen it again
