no rev up at 6300 some times ?!?!

hi guys yesterday i go on a trip and when i tried with 4th gear to rev up in vtec at about 6300 rpm the engine could not rev up more, i release the accelerator, later on i tried with 3rd gear and all the way up to 9000, then i shift to 4th gear and then also to 9000, later after 1 hour i was with 3rd gear and did the same thing at about 6300, ( no check engine at all AEM normal readings 12.8 but when the problem was appearing at the moment had 10.1 or so) so all the way back home i was with normal speed today i tried again and 5/10 had the same problem i went to my mechanic to check the spark plugs and all ok , i thought that i had some problem with my wiring but its ok since the last 3 months , my ecu tuner says that is probably the distributor rotor maybe it fails in some revs , anybody had same experience ?
btw there is no coil inside the cap cz i m using aftermarket spark plugs with piggy ecu so i m asking specifically if some1 experienced problems with the rotor

i think its 1 of the ignition coil cz we see white powder , if i clean maybe it works any1 know how to clean it ?
 
replaced rotor in distributor, replaced spark coils , checked ECU tuned with oem ECU , checked all wiring for sparks, in addition i replaced MAP sensor, replaced TPS sensor, cleaned the throttle, replaced fuel pump that it was about time to be changed, replaced fuel filter, replaced injectors and checked the injectors pulses during this problem but all ok,replaced the fuel pressure regulator, checked the fuel pump relay , i even made a valve adjustment but all in conclude in failure any1 else got an ideaa ? still in 6500 rpm sometimes stop reving up , it cannot give more like misfire or something i dont know how to call it :/
