New User - looking to buy an ek9, opinions wanted

Long story short I've always lusted for an ek9, only ever owned an s2000 in the Honda world
I'm currently in the market and got my eye on this one below;

I'm definitely no Honda guru, that's why I've resorted to the knowledgeable amongst you guys..

Is this car known on here? What's your guys general opinion on this car? From my understanding the h22a is an uncommon swap but a fairly good one, from the prelude I believe? Is it a pretty reliable bulletproof engine? I'm just after general consensus as I don't want to miss anything obviously bad because I'm uninformed, apparently it has a s80 gearbox from the integra with an lsd in it, I presume that can be coupled with the h22a block?

Just general opinions on whether you guys think this would be a good purchase or not.

It looks really good and especially with that na horsepower.. I would recomend is inspect the conversion to make sure its done properly

H2B is a pretty solid setup, better gearing obviously and H22As are cheap if it ever shits itself. Might lose a bit in handling ability with the extra weight in the front though.
