Honda Civic Type-R EK9
Hi, I've not posted on the forum before so wanted to say hello.

I currently have an EK9 race car.

I'm a fan of Japanese cars with past motors including a WRX, Evo MR320 and a Miata race car, and my first ever car was a rare Subaru XT coupe. So the EK9 has always been on my list of cars to have.

I've joined the forum as I'd already spent time reading on here and found it really useful, so now that I'm using my EK9 regularly I expect I'll have some questions that you guys could help me with.

I've got lots from recent track days, but they are all on my PC.

This was taken up at Cadwell Park a couple of weeks ago. My first real go in the car.

As you can see, it's quite light weight. I absolutely love how the car handles, so looking forward to getting some more time in it. So far it's been round Brands Hatch, Snetterton and Cadwell. It has done really well, but I definitely have a few small niggles that will need sorting out. Hopefully you guys on here can help point me in the right direction :)
 
Looking good! It looks more like you have an ek3 than an ek9 though... what does the vin plate say? Not that it matters with that level of modifications :) what engine are you running?
 
Thanks guys. It's definitely an EK9!

A couple of the body panels have changed over the years. It's running what I believe to be it's original B-series

I did my first race in the car this weekend, so might upload some pics of the car from the race meeting if people are interested?
