Diff completly rebuilt & all seals replaced by an engineering firm
1 rear
All 4 arches completly cleaned and treated with hammerite and POR15 (all nuts and bolts replaced with new OEM ones)

Feb 2013:
Full subframe replacement completed @ main dealer Vines of Gatwick (under warranty)

Apr 2013:
New front top mounts and hunter 4WA

May 2013:
Only rust on car was fixed by bimmberboy/kevin. Both door shuts were repaired and painted
Interior swapped out from a low miles 54 plate M3, in black with the 3rd middle rear headrest too.

Aug 2013:
6 x new coilpacks
6 x new spark plugs (Super NGK)

NOV 2013:
Rear exhaust clamps changed (group buy on cutters from Andy/talkwrench)

Dec 2013:
Both rear alloys refurbed

Apr 2014:
BBK fitted, full spec:
2 x BMW Perfomace (Brembo) 6 pot Calipers: (BMW part number) 34116786741
2 x BMW E46 CSL front discs: (BMW part number) 34112282445
1 x BMW E46 M3 rear brake pad sensor: (BMW part number) 34352229780
1 x Ferodo DS2500 pads: (Ferodo part number) FCP4218H. £
1 x pair of custom made brackets to make the calipers fit the E36 and longer Goodrich brake lines.
1 x ATE Super Blue Racing Brake Fluid.

Osram Night breaker Xenarc bulbs fitted

Further upgrades:
01. My mirrors now auto fold on lock/unlock (key)
02. Rear pop out windows now close on lock (one touch)
03. Alarm tone changed to US version
04. Passenger side wing mirror able to remember adjust on auto reverse down
05. TV in motion turned on
06. Alarm bleep on lock/unlock turned on
07. Full beam to also flash on alarm trigger
08. Voice activation turned on
09. M-Track turned on
10. Turn off the very annoying bleep when key is in ignition and you open the door
11. Sport button mode memory
12. Shift lights on
13. Sport button power curve adjusted slightly above
14. Rev limit raised to 8100
15. Top end speed limiter removed
16. Warm up lights changed to same as CSL

Very nice! Any plans? Yeah this wasn't cheap but hopefully it was a case of pay more now and less later. Wheel and callipers cost a fortune so makes up for most of the cost. Bloody love it!:win:
