If you have the time please take a look at my humble little video series I've been putting together over the past few weeks.

It's far from spectacular but it just follows the build of my EG6 ready to compete in my first ever race in the Roadsports series of the 750MC at the end of June!

Motor Spirit EG6

Any tips or pointers would be much appreciated, complete amateur at this sort of thing!

:thanks:

Excellent stuff mate. Just started watching these. Commented on first video. Keep up the good work

That's me all caught up. Fantastic videos. Seems every time you scored off one job another popped up. Great progress to. Had a laugh at episode 3.2 at 4.25, you looked so sad and disapointed that you forgot to film hahaha. Just don't forget to film the track day :)

Watched all the episodes, coming along nicely now!
I'll be honest it took me a while to figure out the episode system lol
Got it in the end

Was on track with a b16a eg the other day. Was impressed how well it went tbh!

Just looked up the road sports 750mc series, looks like a good series to get involved in as it seems quite casual and relaxed with out to many silly rules.
Good luck with it, hope you do well

Excellent stuff mate. Still loving this, Cant wait to see the full video and some more progress!!

Regards

Ben

A few video's have gone up before this but here's the qualifying round from the weekend!

Apart from your camera does automatic up and down when you accelerate and brake, some great drives. I bet it goes really well on the track!:drive::drive::drive: PS that westfield is rapid...

Such a shame that the eg developed that missfire looked to be going very well before hand, what happened to the red catterham shaped thing 2nd on the grid, did it have running issues also ?

Yeh the Westfield V8 also had to retire, he developed an oil leak and the throttle wasn't opening fully - hence me catching him on the straights a few times!

Afraid I'm away with work for a month now so there won't anything until August which will be sorting the running issue and getting ready for Snetterton in September!
