The colour-coded bonnet makes the car look cleaner, in my opinion. Friend of mine has a 4WD one :) Nice car :nice:

Thanks,

more recent picture with the oem bonnet

still have the oem bonnet from the car as was marmite on it at first but it grew on me over time

Beautiful teggy! :D

What other plans you got for it ?

Thank you,

The ABS modulator is playing up intermittently, so that's on the cards first of all, was thinking of getting the car mapped, but unsure at the moment wondering if its worth taking the dc2 type r cams back out and refitting the original, as I don't want to raise the limiter more then it is already, around the 8400 mark so not seeing any benefit of the dc2 cam so to speak. but could still do with a map to sort out the 4,500 swap over where it trys to open the iabs that are no longer there. has a small amount of surface rust starting just on the inner lip of the rear arches, which has been repaired before waiting to get my eg built and running then can hopefully get them sorted again properly. other then that there isn't really anything else needed at present, always open to suggestions :)

small update, received my cooling plate today mocked it up during lunchbreak

and fitted once i got home

shame about two of the holes not lining up properly may adapt it in the future but holds fine as it is at the minute

been a while since ive updated this as the egs taken over haha, bought a second hand abs modulator which is now fitted and sorted the abs issue, sold the carbon bonnet went back to the oem silver one got mot due end of the month so fingers crossed will fly through again, quick pic after a wash a little while back

been patiently waiting for the new wheels to arrive been waiting on the paint job to be finished

volk gr-n wheels in 15" x7j with 35 offset should sit nicely once fitted, quick photoshop to get an idea

just waiting for them to be delivered now and then have all 4 new tyres fitted and fit them on the car :)

wheels have finally arrived tyres fitted and new wheel nuts hard to get a picture as the colour changes with the light so much look better in the flesh but happy with them :)
