Oh and if you only have £500 to spend on your 9 - get a plated diff!
its incredible.

very nice vid mate - how are you managing to get that overlay data on there?

also at 1.22, are you having a quick pick n flick ;) lol

I'm thinking of a plated diff next but not until I can stop using the car as a daily.

Should make decent figures on the dyno !

Well the bhp figure before the rebuild with restrictive exhaust was 228bhp on a low ball dyno.

I couldn't find your topic with exact setup..could you recall it? Do i correctly remember that this is b20 block with b18 crank, itr cams and itb?

No. Ek9 cams b18 crank no itb

Ats 1.5 way, it's been a long trek with the setup as I bought the engine from Dunx and it span a bearing one month later, nightmare. After a rebuild its all good.

My experience with endless horizon was a mixed affair too. However Daz was superb, but endless as a company....hard work.

i have always done all the work myself, apart from my Diff as i havnt a clue on the internals of a gearbox, my KAAZ 1.5 way was £650 then £770 to fit it, then 3 weeks later it chewed up the lay shaft and bearings so had to spend another £440 getting that fixed.

but since then she has run solid for the last 5 years, apart from the time a so called gearbox specialist replaced my clutch and put engine oil in the gearbox!!

i am now put off by garages

and when i had my down pipe made the welder cross threaded one of the bolts in my ar housing
