MTS Garage Racebase EK9

good luck finding the drain that could be a total pain . my teg used to do it turned out to be some sub wiring that was never disconnected .

I'm 90% sure its the battery, I've disconnected it and checking how fast the voltage is dropping.

Any chance I can get a template of that under tray? Or sell me the whole thing?

I can get some measurements for you next time I'm under the car dude.

The battery is still saying 12.44 after being disconnected for a few days so I'm not sure what was causing it.

I've ordered a new Odyssey see how I get on with that.

With the nice weather today I gave it a clean and found a place to take some pictures.

I'm bidding on a set of wheels on Yahoo Auctions so I'll let you know if I win!

Love the steel rims! :D ..

Nice 9 mate! :)

:nice:

You may remember me having trouble with a dead battery after it sitting for a few days, after some checks it wasn't the alternator and I couldn't find a drain on it either.

So I ordered a new Odyssey PC680 and some cable for new earths.

Fitted in the original place, I may move it into the car later but the bay isn't tight so for now it's staying there.

The rims will make the car, nice choice!!

Will be interested in the progress of this, looks super clean.

:thanks:

Waiting for parts meant boredom modifications, so out came the interior.

Some of the alarm wires were hidden loose behind the plastics so they have been tided up.

My wheels just need to clear customs so hopefully they will be on in time for Mimms!

We should get our race bases together when there both done. Pre and facelift! Yours is such a minter, mines been "well used" haha. Need to get it in the body shop soon. Keep up the good work mate

Cheers bud, that sounds like a good idea. Are you going to Mimms?

Picked up a set of Federal 595 RS-R the weekend, I had a pair of Bridgestone RE002 spare but the Federal's are specified trackday tyre so went for them instead.

Even though it has no PS or Air Con it had the larger crank pulley so I picked up a N1 pulley and slightly smaller belt.

I set about fitting it today. The crank pulley holding tool and scaffold pole saved me hassle getting the bolt off.

Old pulley and belt off, ready for the new one.
