LEEJ8 SIR CARBON COUPE


Haha yeah I love carbonfibre, but it's hard to keep ,
Needs lots of polish and wax, my bonnet and boot are gel coat, and it's very hard to rub a scratch out ,
One of my mirrors needs to be sanded and re lackered,
But carbon looks well when clean .
 
Man just as well I know every knock and bang out of my car ,
Heard a knock today so jacked up the car off with the wheel I just done the bearing on ,
And the break caliper 17 ml bolts where ready to fall off !
If you had asked me , I'd swear I gave them a good turn ?
Lucky is not the word ,
FEELING BLESSED.
 
21mm seems like a fairly large area for the nut to grab.
Still sounds sketchy though lol

Had a mad brain wave too see car and put it up for sale
And fella came with my asking price
But I just couldn't part with it , when it came to it I could not do it haha , silly of me to even think about it really,
Nothing much more to report, other then new wheel bearings and disks and pads,
Also just gave the car a full vallet
And got rid of them sh#t recaro reps for some
Prelude tombstone front seats, and I love them .
Done a 3 stage paint correction on the car , tuc me 3 days to finish the whole car inside and out.
No real picture as of now but I will take some tomorrow maybe,
Seats are still wet , and could do with another wet and dry vac
 
Please don't tell me you drive around with the seats back like that? **** me if you do.

Haha no I don't, I was trying to get a picture of the seats lol , my seats do be up poker straight when I'm driving

Congratulations on your new coupe , great imo
Very underrated.
The eg9 spoiler was custom fitted by a local shop ,
But I believe you can buy them from the states ready to fit,
I will have a look ,and Pm you if I find one ,

No bud , not much going on atm , I was on a hairs breath to sell her not long ago , when I look at it sometimes it pissis me off cos I need to spray her ,
Also I was doing a valve adjustment yesterday and noticed I'm missing a cam cap bolt :nerv: so I'm trying to find one of them atm and a valve cover stud lol

Haha your right about the emojis :confused:
I do love her , that's the problem lol
Just don't have the funds to finish her off ,
But even if I did spray her it will never end :yuno:
Haha maybe next year be a bit better , or I will just end up spraying the bumpers myself and the wings ,and get the doors roof and sides done in a shop . or just get a wrap
After seen the job a lad got done on his ek civic on here I'm really liking the idea .

so after getting the cam cap bolt and rocker cover stud I find the cam cap bolt is broken in the head so I changed the rocker cover stud and I broken a different one :angry2:
Now iv been driving the car with that stud broken the last few years lol so it can wait :nerv: I was afraid the rocker cover stud was going to break also when putting it on, no torque wrench so I put it on as tight enough been that that's also a cam cap bolt I hope it's tight enough .

Also my valve lash was out on a few already ? only done it start of summer ,
But that was hot weather it was very cold when doing it this time if that made any difference .
 
Just finished making a blank for the 2 din so I can use a 7inc tablet in its place
And iv moved the radio down to where the cup holder
Is for now ,
I will be doing away with the radio once I get a mini amp and fm receiver .
But for now I'm using a 3.5 jack to av on radio .
But a friend has a bluetoot radio he said he will give me so I can connect the tab without wires .
