Karcepts Shifter Mounting Kit TEMPLATE

About to start fitting my shifter kit here and I have run into a small problem. I have no template and I cannot find one anywhere online. I have also tried searching on a few forums but to no avail

Plus it would also be handy for anybody else who is in the same bother I am if there was a template readily available!

So does anybody have one about them? or know where I can get one from the interweb?
