I noticed the Nankang tyres wtf

It looks more for show that car than racing, the polished wide wheels and other pointless mods make it look like more of a show type car to me

Agreed, it's very "usdm"/stance styled really with that crappy toe hook, off centre numberplate with surround and also notice the 4 stud wheels

Apparently k20 kanjo cars are very few and far between, would say it was from a jdm ep3 going by where the shifter is mounted
