K24a3 with k20a2 head. What headgasket to use?

I found that OEM RBB *(k24a2, k24a3) accord or acura tsx headgasket has less cooling holes. I think this can cause cooling issues on 3rd and 4th cylinders. What headgaskets you used? I see in USA they use crv 2.4 (k24a1) ones. but I found it difficult to purchase in my country.

Any advice?

I used a k24a3 head gasket as the uk 2.4 accord has the oil cooler on it

k24 accord have less cooling holes and I don't like this idea :S

Is the K24a3 the engine you can use with the K20a2 head and keep it all stock internals?
