Hello guys , i got an issue . I have all the items to make the conversion of the cluster . So i took the k tuned dwsh converter that corrects the speed, engine temperature and fuel. So my issue is this ,it concerns the engine coolant temperature correction . Inside the software i can edit the 7th parameteres with milivolts of the 7 lights of the clusters that show the engine temperature. BUT....... the instructions are saying DO NOT CHANGE THE 1ST AND THE 7TH VALUE...... take a polimeter and measure how many milivolts u got in normal temperature and edit the rest parameters ...... so the 1st value is 4000 cold and the last is 0062 warm as the milivolts get lower the temperature is higher ..... now my issue is that in normal temperature the milivolts are more lower , ie my radiator fan starts at 94 celcious with 0057 milivolts so it means i exceed the 7th value and the cluster will always show full hot ,all the 7th lights on, therefore i will not have any warning in case a failure and the engine will start overheating.....i have contacted k tuned and they insist i must not touch the 1st and last value .... in an integra forum some1 changed the last value though without posting results so i dont know , any1 got this similar issue ?

did u solve that problem?

sorry for late reply , yeah actually i did , i left the the 1st and last milivolts as said from K tuned and i adjusted the rest as i wanted the last milivoltis at 100 celcius about its not followed the actual milivolts of the ecu so its better to take a reader of milivolt with the according temperature and adjust as u like

thanks for the answer. We are experiencing the same problems. Like you, I left the 1st and 7th cluster values constant as per Ktuned suggestion. But actually what I want is like this: The 3rd cluster is 88 celcius and the 4th cluster is 90 celcius. but it doesn't work the way I want. all the lights are on. It's very painful.
