K Swap Ek parts list Help

Hello All

Just need some advice on putting together a kswap part list for my 1997 Civic EK. Once the engine is running i will be looking into options for forced induction. Supercharged/turbocharged.

Kswap part list for hybrid racing below

All the above comes to $4,054.35 which is equivalent to £3040.27

This is excluding taxes
I Will be looking at ktuned swap packages also. Does anyone have experience of either or both . Or anything thats currently better on the market.

If anyone has a better parts list / If its best buying things individually from different manufactures and piecing together a custom kit then please let me know with your suggestions. Am all ears!!

Dc5 shafts b series outters aftermarket shafts are shocking

Don’t even entertain the no cut shifter there not worth the metal there made with, in running ktuned raceshifter it’s the best of the best and is worth every penny. No missing gears ect

What shafts can ya use in EKwith dc2 subframe and 36mm hubs? Ive got insane shafts for mine, but want to have spare set

Most people use EP3 shafts and B-series outters which are 32mm

Guessing you could use EP3 shafts as there 36mm IIRC

@vti2010 few people have mentioned to avoid the no cut shifter, I'll have a look to see what else is on the market. The hybrid RSX shifter looks decent

That's true, they are not the ideal length for an EK or DC2 chasis

As you know you can use DC5 shafts with the inner CV's swapped from left to right, OEM shafts are usually very good

Why do people not use an oem shifter box? I used a prelude one in my swap and i've never had any issues. The throw is nice and short too

I’m running the ktuned race shifter. It feel amazing
